Yes. Searching, shortlisting and contacting advertisers is completely free for buyers and tenants.

What does the “Verified” badge mean?

Our team has checked the ownership documents and/or physically visited the property. It reduces risk but you should still do your own legal due diligence.

How do I book a site visit?

Open any property, choose “Book site visit”, pick a date, time slot and in-person or video-call mode. You will get a confirmation once the advertiser confirms.

Can I get alerts for new properties?

Yes. Log in, run a search and click “Save search & get alerts”. We e-mail you daily or weekly when matching properties are listed.

Owners & agents

How do I post my property?

Create a free Owner account, verify your e-mail and click “Post property”. Listings go live after a quick review, usually within 24 hours.

How many properties can I list for free?

Owners can keep up to 2 listings active for free. Agents and builders can choose a plan for more.

How long does my listing stay live?

Listings stay live for 90 days and can be renewed for free from your dashboard.

What is RERA and why does it matter?

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act protects buyers. Every new project in Maharashtra must be registered on MahaRERA; always check the registration number before booking.

What are stamp duty charges in Pune?
